Woodystock’s 2009 TX/OK VFD chili cookoff was a great success, increasing in the number of teams from 11 the first year 2008 ,to 18 teams in 2009. Hopefully 2010 will increase  by the same measures.

WoodyStock’s Chili Cookoff is set up for the VFD's to sell their chili to festival goers $1.00 for a 4 oz cup. Judging is done SECRETLY; cookoff begins at 12:00 noon - 5-6 P.M. You are welcome to continue selling as long as you wish, remember your dept needs money. $50.00 entry fee 3 man team, Winner takes all. You have to contact Wichita Health Dept for Temp. food permit at (940)-761-7820

Woodystock has set up different ways to receive donations:
1. Parking lot 100% equally divided between teams participating in Chili Cookoff that help with the parking. Contact: Poncho Burkburnett VFD to sign up. VFD’s please be sure that you have your dept on the signup sheet , this will make sure everyone gets their proper pay. Contact Poncho Vella Burkburnett VFD in advance

2. All teams participating in cookoff will share 100% equally, vendor booths fees $150.00.

3. Raffle tickets for donated items.

4. $150.00 prize for best booth theme/look. Appealing booths attract customers.
 
Entry Fee: $50.00 Winner takes all.
Chili Sale $1.00 for 4 oz doesn’t have to be full. This is a donation to help you
